What are the Knife Laws of PA? Can I carry a fixed blade 4.85 inches in length in public with a sheath?
I have a Nylon Sheath that is at the belt. Do I have to have this and my knife visible to be in public or what? This is for pennsylvania
I live in Pa and looked up the state laws on line . From what I read there in no size limit on knives. Pocket knives are ok to carry as long as you are not using them in any offensive manner. The law also says you are not aloud to carry a long thin blade knife like a stiletto. You can carry a knife like a tradesmen would use a Pocket knife.
