I need answers urgently valuable so if you can please send your answers as soon as possible. What is usually asked in a final interview in a call center? I have no experience in that field still trying my luck apply.I fear the interview, but I want to become hired.I really wants the job. Please help!

When you say multitasking (from the standpoint of the agent), then try to understand that it is of many types. (1) It can handle more than one client (up to 4 -5), while in a chat support (2) It can retrieve data on a client while talking to him on the phone .. in the collections .. when searching for or for details of your loan, also check out your credit score, documentation also do the same .. all at once. (3) could update information about a client or enter your payment information while maintaining the client or any other conversation. Now turn the whole world comes to learn through experience multitasking. Each center will work on a new software that you getting used to … so if you ask how to handle multiple tasks all you need say is that you might need some time to adjust to it (one week) and seem after a routine task. Like all the other agents are doing at present. Do not worry too much, each agent has to do multiple tasks originally .. .. is a little hard, but then everyone (even the dumbest one) are used to it. An Interview Center calls is usually 4-5 rounds. the number of rounds can vary from one institution to another, but most of them cover these Introduction – Introduction of a short and brief about you, details of education, employment history, if Group Introduction – no matter how noisy the discussion will have to put your point across Written test loud and clear: For One to One basic grammar rounds with Operations Manager, voice and accent trainer, etc. HR round only a basic requirement. Note trust, be spontaneous and convey the message that he is dead serious about the job. All the best
